5 Habits for a healthy back

Maintaining the correct posture is very important for a healthy back. A chair with good lumbar support and a firm seat should be chosen. A small pillow between the lower back and the chair can help in avoiding back pain. The workspace should be arranged smartly, to avoid a lot of twisting while reaching out for frequently used items.

Joint Replacement

People with severe joint pain, limitation in movements,  stiffness, weakness of muscle,  limp, or a swelling are considered for joint replacement surgery . The most common cause of thoracic back pain is due to muscular irritation or other soft tissue problems, caused by poor posture, overuse injuries such as repetitive motion, or trauma.
