5 Habits for a healthy back

Maintaining the correct posture is very important for a healthy back. A chair with good lumbar support and a firm seat should be chosen. A small pillow between the lower back and the chair can help in avoiding back pain. The workspace should be arranged smartly, to avoid a lot of twisting while reaching out for frequently used items.
